Summer Salmon Salad


Ingredients

  • 6 oz can wild Alaskan sockeye salmon

  • 2 tbsp stone ground Dijon mustard

  • 1 celery stalk, minced

  • 1 green onion diced

  • 1-2 rainbow carrots, sliced

  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Chop celery, onions and carrots

  • Gently mix all ingredients

  • Enjoy on a bed of spring greens
